She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA receiving a Master's Degree in Social Work. Dollnita has extensive experience in working with individuals and families. She is the Founder and CEO of Family Life Enhancement, LLC, which offers an array of family and relationship topics. She is a Certified Parent Coach, offering heart-based tools to improve the parent / child relationship. Dollnita is also a Supreme Court Certified Parent Educator who is committed to helping co-parents through challenging times so that their children can live healthy and productive lives. In addition, Dollnita is a Consultant and works with Churches and Faith-Based Organizations in the area of Grief and Trauma Intervention. She developed and co-facilitated The Marriage By God's Design Seminar. Dollnita has been married for 34 years and she is the proud mother of 3 children.
