Meet Dollnita Winston

Dollnita M. Winston attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV and received her Bachelor's Degree in Counseling & Rehabilitation. She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA receiving a Master's Degree in Social Work. Dollnita has extensive experience working with individuals and families. Dollnita is the Founder and CEO of Family Life Enhancement, LLC, which offers family coaching and consulting services. She is a Certified Parent Coach, offering heart-based tools to improve the parent / child relationship. Dollnita is also a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Parent Educator who is committed to helping co-parents through challenging times so that their children can live healthy and productive lives. In addition, Dollnita is a Consultant and works with Churches and Faith-Based Organizations in the area of Grief and Trauma Intervention. She developed and co-facilitated The Marriage By God's Design Seminar. Dollnita has been married for 36 years and she is the proud mother of 3 adult children. Dollnita has spoken at various conferences throughout Virginia and surrounding areas addressing relevant topics related to the dynamics of family life.

Family Life Enhancement was founded by Dollnita Winston on September 18, 2017 in the Richmond, Virginia area. As a Family Consulting Company, Family Life Enhancement was initially established to provide Parent Education Services to co-parents who are raising their children between two separate homes. To meet the various transitional needs of families, Family Life Enhancement expanded the scope of services and began offering coaching programs and workshops for parents to enhance their overall family relationships. Family Life Enhancement is a 100 % minority woman-owned and managed business. With the vision to cultivate healthy and positive family relationships, this family consulting company has continued to add valuable services that are uniquely designed to empower, equip, and enhance families. Currently, the Co-Parenting Classes, Parent Coaching and Co-Parent Coaching Programs are all designed to provide parents with the techniques and tools that will equip them to address many of the challenges involved in raising children.
